The kit contains an assortment of zipper sliders, a sewing kit and instructions—everything you need to perform an in-field zipper pull replacement.

Return Policy

We offer free return shipping on returnable items within 90 days of being delivered.
No returns can be accepted for life safety gear (i.e. hardware, helmets, harnesses, rope, etc) for the sake of quality control of critical components of our customers' safety.
To initiate a qualifying return, email info@elevatedclimbing.com with your order number and item you are looking to return.
Refunds are offered for the item(s) being returned, and do not include the initial shipping cost of the order, as the service of shipping has already been rendered.
