Typically you can expect a 2-4 week wait time on most Pre-Order items, however feel free to reach out to us at info@innermountainoutfitters.com with any Pre-Order lead time questions and we will do our best to give you updated expected wait times.
Return Policy
- We offer free return shipping on returnable items within 90 days of being delivered.
- No returns can be accepted for life safety gear (i.e. hardware, helmets, harnesses, rope, etc) for the sake of quality control of critical components of our customers' safety.
- To initiate a qualifying return, email info@innermountainoutfitters.com with your order number and item you are looking to return.
- Refunds are offered for the item(s) being returned, and do not include the initial shipping cost of the order, as the service of shipping has already been rendered.
- Free return shipping only available in lower 48 states
- One free return shipping per order. The cost of subsequent return labels will be deducted from the refund value.
