The evolution of the species

In truth, the caving version was born in 2020 at the same time as the Revolution, but it was never commercialized.

Now, five years later, we have revived the “SPELEO” project with this harness version that keeps the concept of the two rings, central and “drop” leg loops unchanged with all the advantages in terms of comfort of movement and load distribution in suspension.

The ventral ascender sits directly on the small deck, a 15kN certified attachment point, while the descender sits on the upper deck, The unpadded back strap wraps around the user’s waist, following the user’s ergonomics.

The 130mm high belt is the tallest and most comfortable in the “caving” category, and by perfectly following the shape of the body, it offers no sticking points even in the narrowest bottlenecks. The two material carriers are advanced to offer as little resistance to side rubbing as possible and to make it easy to use even in tight quarters.

The back is newly designed, never before seen in the harness world. The thigh-belt junction is an additional reason for comfort, effectiveness and protection.

Thanks to the movable connection, the 130 mm high straps follow the movement of the legs, both in ground and vertical movement, wrapping the buttocks as no harness has ever done, almost like pants… The back buckles have been reduced to the maximum to decrease the impact during rubbing.
