- During checkout the customer will receive shipping cost based on weight and size of the order and shipping destination. Once the order has been placed, an estimated delivery date will be given based on item availability and shipping address. An email will be sent keeping the customer informed on the status of items that are on backorder or pre-order.

- Inner Mountain Outfitters offers free returns on most unused orders still in new condition. For returns/shipping inquiries, contact us here and include your name, email, phone number, and order number in the body. We do not offer direct exchanges, instead make a return with free shipping then make a separate order at any point (shipping rates apply). Refunds are issued upon receiving returned items.
